Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead full-cycle GTM hiring across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing in New York. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, and you will calibrate for rare profiles with enterprise sales potential.

You’ll build pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn, referrals, events, and your own network, partner with GTM leaders and founders to define roles, and represent our brand in the US market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with GTM experience at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Proven success closing candidates end-to-end.
• US / New York GTM network and market sense.
• Creative sourcing and outreach from scratch.
• Data-driven and AI-native.
• Strong ATS and metrics reporting.
• Excellent communication with founders and sales leaders.
• Native-level English for US market.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle for GTM roles—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Calibrate for rare profiles with enterprise sales potential.
• Maintain cadence from kickoff to close.
• Build GTM pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, events, and networks.
• Write outreach that gets replies from passive candidates.
• Define role requirements and interview loops with GTM leaders.
• Advise on New York and US market comp and talent availability.
• Represent the brand and values in every interaction.
• Own Ashby ATS data quality and pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
