Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage full talent acquisition process including employer branding, sourcing, and onboarding.
• Create hiring strategies by defining required skills and selecting posting platforms.
• Oversee recruitment from posting through interviews and final selections with hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize networking tools to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and provide guidance.
• Market career opportunities with timely updates and feedback.
• Use applicant tracking system to manage data, track metrics, and ensure policy compliance.
