You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across Michigan and beyond, partner with managers, and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand. This on-site role emphasizes compliance, diversity, and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Multi-state recruiting experience strongly preferred (Michigan and California ideal).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and sourcing techniques.
• Skilled in ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with hiring managers at all levels.
• Passion for TSS's mission: protecting people and property from physical threats.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement workforce strategies that align with TSS's growth goals.
• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage all phases of recruiting: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure every candidate touchpoint reflects TSS's Core Values (Team Player, Right Thing, Improve, Be Passionate, and Experience).
• Employer Brand & Outreach: Partner with Marketing to amplify TSS's employer brand across social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, and state and federal employment laws.
