Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Staffing Specialist for the Metro Detroit area to recruit and hire qualified people for mission-critical positions. You will develop relationships with job stores, colleges, employment agencies, and social media to source candidates.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle onboarding, coordinate orientations, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies while supporting the company’s Quality Policies and QMS.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related coursework with 1 year of work experience, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and light IT systems for onboarding and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship & business development through recruiting services and community outreach.
• Support onboarding of new hires with orientation and documentation in company portals.
• Assist operations with staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of hourly requests.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting sources, job boards, colleges, and social media.
