Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist in Michigan. The role partners with supervisors to attract, hire, and develop talent across union and non-union operations, focusing on long-term employee success and workforce development.

The ideal candidate builds relationships, is proactive, and enjoys connecting employees with growth opportunities that align with business needs. Field presence and hands-on collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and employees across the lifecycle.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a field-heavy role.
Organized, persistent, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for union and non-union positions.
Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades, field personnel, and professionals.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
Partner with hiring managers for staffing needs and long-term planning.
Screen, interview, and coordinate selection; maintain candidate communications.
