Job summary

SVS Vision, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mount Clemens, MI to manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate, lab and retail locations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and manage external resources for both union and non-union roles, maintaining strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years recruiting experience in corporate or retail health industry preferred.
• Experience with CBAs is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and build a robust talent pipeline for corporate, lab, and retail locations.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and external recruiting resources; manage partnerships.
• Provide data-driven recruiting reporting to leadership to inform decisions.
