SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow and support our manufacturing teams across multiple locations. You will connect with candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a positive experience at every step.

You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, post jobs, source through boards and networks, and support onboarding and events in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 0–2+ years in Recruiting or HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS or recruiting software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and align with internal teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in full cycle recruiting to support manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations
• Review resumes and assess qualifications and experience to identify strong potential hires
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity in the ATS while building pipelines
• Write and update job postings and utilize sourcing channels including job boards, networks, referrals, and community outreach
• Support recruiting operations including transfers, onboarding coordination, and process improvements
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Perform other related duties as assigned
