GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Michigan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, advise hiring managers, and coordinate programs to strengthen how we attract and hire talent.

You will build pipelines through networking, campuses, and referrals, coach interviewers, and drive process improvements using data and market insights to ensure a positive, compliant candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience including talent acquisition
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting
• Strong interviewing and assessment knowledge
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR partners

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to onboarding handoffs
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand hiring needs and develop strategies
• Build talent pipelines via networking, social media, colleges/universities, referrals
• Advise and coach on interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection practices
• Lead internship, campus recruiting, and career fairs
