Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify appropriate recruiting strategies.
• Educates hiring managers on current hiring trends, labor market data, and best practices.
• Assists managers on hiring trends and recruitment tools.
• Recruits for higher level jobs within the organization.
• Coordinates recruitment functions, including job and career fairs.
