SCI is seeking a Recruiter I to support the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate positions at various levels in Houston, TX. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill openings while maintaining applicant workflows and metrics.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business/HR and 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with strong communication, time management, and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Two years of full life-cycle recruiting and interviewing experience with entry level and mid-level openings.
• Basic understanding of employment laws as they apply to the hiring process.

Aufgaben

• Develops knowledge of customer groups to target recruitment efforts cost-effectively and efficiently.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify appropriate recruiting strategies for current and future openings.
• Educates hiring managers on current hiring trends, labor market data, and best practices in recruiting and retention methods.
• Screens candidates using telephone screens, interviews, assessment tools, etc.
• Maintains applicant and candidate workflow within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provides relevant metrics and reports to highlight recruiting activity.
