Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide key HR support across employee records, benefits coordination and payroll assistance. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of recruitment experience in diverse industries, familiarity with ATS (ADP WFN), and proficiency in MS Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience across industries, coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and accurate HR data handling.
• Support travel and scheduling logistics as needed.
