Zaddy Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions. You will manage recruiting from posting through offer, while helping to attract top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS (ADP WFN) and MS Excel. Some travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience in various industries.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP WFN preferred).
• Experience using MS Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Help attract and hire top talent.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions (employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, compliance).
• Maintain high accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness while handling multiple priorities.
