Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire roles. You will help build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include managing the branch's recruiting process, using ATS and job boards, and developing local relationships to fill staffing orders while ensuring retention and a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter into contact with the branch, ensuring accurate information and guidance.
• Recruiting: Qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, assist with resume and interview prep, and track data in ATS.
• Retention: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensure high service levels.
• Sales/Financials: Understand Adecco's service portfolio, price and sell services, monitor branch metrics.
