Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with sales teams and clients, translating strategic hiring objectives into tailored sourcing strategies. You will build pipelines of active and passive candidates, assess fit, and guide them through onboarding, while nurturing long-term relationships and staying current on industry trends.

You will manage job postings, maintain candidate data in ATS, and support complex inquiries, escalating to senior recruiters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5 years recruiting experience preferred, combo with education may apply.
• Experience recruiting for information technology and/or engineering roles within staffing, consulting, services, or HR solutions is highly desirable.

• Partner with sales staff and clients to define strategic hiring objectives and needs.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates; assess fit and qualification.
