Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles in a dynamic U.S. market. You will build and maintain a broad candidate pipeline and manage data in ATS systems to meet client needs.

You will work with clients to intake requirements, post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring compliance and delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of recruiting or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree and prior experience in staffing or HR solutions industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with clients.
• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Qualifies candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
• Enters and tracks data in ATS.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Responds to inquiries and escalates as necessary.
• Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes per requirements.
• Participates in Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs).
• Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met.
• Begins to build knowledge of target industries, clients and roles.
• Fields and addresses standard client requests under supervision.
• Assists with coordinating logistics for recruiting events.
• Completes other administrative tasks as required.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties.
