Job summary

AtlantiCare in Egg Harbor Township, NJ seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment activities including candidate outreach, sourcing support, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. You will process invoices, maintain job postings, and ensure a professional candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with TA Partners, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering timely, high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of admin/HR/recruiting/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and strong organizational, communication, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment sourcing strategies for assigned positions and assist with candidate pipeline development.
• Support recruitment events and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring leaders, and interview teams; schedule pre-employment screenings and I-9/E-Verify processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate new hire records per policy and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and distribute interview itineraries and candidate materials.
• Support candidate travel, site visits, or other interview logistics.
• Coordinate and maintain all new hire records, onboarding logistics, and provide responsive service to candidates, new hires, and managers.
• Support corporate orientation activities to ensure a positive first-day experience.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and HR on coordinated hiring approaches.
