Job summary

Cardlytics seeks a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a lean TA function. This role blends recruiting operations with sourcing and candidate engagement, partnering with the Head of TA to create a smooth hiring experience.

You will manage interview coordination, communications, and sourcing strategies while growing into broader full-cycle ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent sourcing.
• Experience managing complex interview scheduling and multi-stakeholder communications.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience with candidate phone screens and structured screening.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Growth mindset toward developing into full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels; manage reschedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Own candidate communications throughout the process, including interview confirmations and status updates.
• Source and build diverse pipelines for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Review resumes and conduct structured initial screens for defined roles.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows, including candidate stages, feedback, and requisition activity.
• Coordinate offer letters, employment documentation, and pre-hire background checks.
• Monitor interview feedback and keep hiring teams aligned and decisions timely.
• Identify friction points and suggest practical improvements to workflows and templates.
