Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. The role supports recruiters and hiring managers through the recruiting and onboarding journey.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate experiences, assist with internship programs, ensure accurate recruiting data, and help optimize processes across the talent function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR
• Self-starter, proactive and fast-paced
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player
• Experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or administrative support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and on-site candidate interviews, managing schedules and logistics
• Serve as primary contact for candidates to ensure a high-touch experience
• Review offer letters and support pre-employment activities like background checks
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and stakeholders to support onboarding
• Assist with internship and campus recruiting initiatives and high-volume hiring
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and process documentation
