Job summary

AtlantiCare in New Jersey is seeking a Provider Talent Acquisition Partner who manages the recruitment process for physicians and Advanced Practice Nurse Professionals. You will plan and implement recruiting strategies, screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee post-offer checks.

This role supports organizational goals with strong customer service, teamwork, and performance improvement, including participation in job fairs and special recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years recruitment experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of computer applications and data entry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for physicians and Advanced Practice Nurse Professionals.
