Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to identify, attract, and place top talent while building relationships with candidates through the hiring process.

You will source, screen, interview, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, partnering with teams to meet recruiting goals. You will deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients, contributing to engagement and retention initiatives in a dynamic, people-driven environment with rewarding growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or staffing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach and passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
