Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across a variety of clients. The role emphasizes building strong client and candidate relationships, delivering exceptional service, and expanding the branch’s recruiting presence.

You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, coach applicants, and maintain data in the ATS while contributing to local business growth and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and fill temporary, temporary hire and direct hire orders.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and relationships with clients.
• Assist with resume and interview coaching for candidates.
• Enter and track data in ATS and manage recruiting events.
