Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will build comprehensive candidate pipelines and act as a subject-matter expert on market trends, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of management.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to align strategies with client needs, and help candidates prepare for interviews and placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of current sourcing trends and candidate assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for multiple clients and roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define objectives and hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment activities and mentor junior staff in the absence of management.
• Conduct structured behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
