Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source, recruit, and manage a pipeline of candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles. You will develop relationships with clients, leverage ATS and online tools, and coordinate recruiting events to meet branch goals.

You will also coach candidates, qualify applicants via interviews, and ensure high-quality service to clients and candidates. This role emphasizes sourcing, retention, and growth within the local market.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through branch engagement and online channels.
• Manage ATS and digital tools to monitor the selection process.
• Develop local recruiting resource relationships and organize recruiting events.
• Establish recruitment plans based on worker needs and threshold requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and place them appropriately.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
