• Experience with social media recruiting and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Build active pipelines for field technicians via platforms and networks.
• Oversee employer branding and external communications.
• Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other metrics; report findings.
