Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide support across HR functions in the Pittsburgh area. You will attract and hire top talent while maintaining accurate employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $67,000 plus a 35% bonus and a generous 401K plan. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• 2–5 years’ recruiting experience across industries, coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy related fields a plus.
• Telemarketing or phone solicitation experience.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to work with diverse personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Dependable with on-time attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Willingness to travel overnight when needed (limited).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word products.
