Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide essential HR admin support. This role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate employee records and benefits coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries, Coal, Manufacturing, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns is favored.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting and social media marketing/advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
• Attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and timeliness.
