Kingfisher Recruiting in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across diverse industries and provide HR support.

You will attract and hire top talent, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate benefits, payroll support and compliance while upholding confidentiality and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary ranges are $60,000–$67,000 with a 35% bonus and a generous 401(k) plan, plus opportunities for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience recruiting in multiple industries (coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy a plus).
• Telemarketing or phone solicitation experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing/advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Able to work with diverse personality types.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with consistent punctuality and schedule flexibility.
• Willing to travel overnight as needed.
• Experience with ATS (ADP WFN preferred).
• MS Excel and Word proficiency.

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Attract and hire top talent with a positive candidate experience.
• Provide administrative HR support: employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, compliance.
