Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide HR support across core functions. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $67,000 plus a 35% bonus and a generous 401K. Occasional travel may be required. Experience with ADP WFN and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support other HR tasks with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
