United Future is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA to drive full-cycle recruiting and support HR functions. The role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries, experience with social media recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• 2-5 years' experience recruiting in a variety of industries; coal, manufacturing construction, heavy industrial or energy fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.
