Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal team. This full-time remote role involves finding, screening, and guiding candidates from initial outreach through offer today.

You will partner with hiring managers, build a strong candidate slate, and maintain clear communications with both candidates and client employers to keep searches on track.

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Excellent phone and video interviewing skills.
• Strong judgment about people and fit for a role.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Clear written communication with candidates and employers.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal team. In this full-time remote position, you find, screen, and guide candidates for the roles our client companies need filled, from first outreach through accepted offer.

You own your searches. That means learning what each employer needs, building a strong slate of candidates, and keeping both sides informed at every step.
