Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to build candidate pipelines and hand qualified candidates to recruiters. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases with personalized outreach.

You will develop search strings, screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs. A growth path into full-cycle recruiting is offered, along with performance bonuses tied to placements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong written communication that gets replies.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple searches.
• US work authorization required.

Love the hunt of finding the right person before anyone else does? NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to build the candidate pipelines our recruiters draw from. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

You search LinkedIn, job boards, and our own database for people who match each open role, reach out with a message that gets a reply, and hand qualified candidates to the recruiter running the search. Every strong hire starts with your list.

What You'll Do

• Build search strings and candidate lists for each open role
• Reach out to prospects by email, LinkedIn, and phone with personalized messages
• Screen interested candidates for fit, availability, and interest
• Keep pipelines organized and current in our tracking system
• Track response and conversion rates and adjust your approach
• Research companies, titles, and markets to find new candidate pools
• Partner with recruiters on what each client needs

Who Fits

• 2 or more years in sourcing, recruiting, lead generation, or research
• Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or similar tools
• Writing that is short, personal, and gets replies
• Persistent and organized across several searches at once
• Comfortable working toward goals for candidates found and screened
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
