Job summary

Sunbeam Family Services is hiring a seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist in Oklahoma City to help scale staffing through candidate sourcing, screening, and interview support.

This role is 40 hours per week, onsite, with pay of $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining ATS/CMS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with phone interviewing and reference checks
• Familiarity with ATS and CMS
• Hands-on Paycom experience
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
