You will publish job postings, source candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to meet department needs while upholding diversity and compliance.

Requirements
B.A. in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Must have two-three years’ of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Must have experience with healthcare recruiting.
Must have experience with applicant tracking systems, Paylocity or UKG experience highly desired.
Must have strong computer skills such as M.S. Word, MS Excel, and general database systems.
Must have the demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in a high-paced environment, positive “can do” attitude, the ability to think creatively, and strong organizational skills required.
