Envision Unlimited is seeking a Contract Recruiter through year-end to support full-cycle recruiting, particularly in healthcare, with emphasis on ATS like Paylocity or UKG. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in full-cycle recruiting, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is required.
• Experience using Paylocity or UKG is highly desired.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish job postings on ATS and external platforms.
• Source candidates and build pipelines via social media and recruiting sites.
• Schedule in-person interviews and manage candidates through the process.
• Administer STOFLHA tests to scheduled interviewees weekly.
• Engage hiring managers to understand departmental needs.
• Assist with new hire orientation coordination.
• Oversee background screening for applicants and employees.
• Maintain active presence on job boards and networks for candidates.
• Grow relationships with a database of active and passive talent.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine strategies.
• Update job descriptions with senior managers as needed.
• Participate in professional development; serve on agency committees.

Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.

Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Develop and publish job postings on the applicant tracking systems and other external platforms.
• Source potential candidates and generate a pipeline through social media and other recruitment sites.
• Schedule in person Interviews with administrators and managers and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
• Administer STOFLHA tests to scheduled interviewees once a week.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to become familiar with departmental needs.
• Attend and assist with coordination of new hire orientation.
• Monitor background screening processes for all applicants and employees, as required.
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find prospective employees.
• Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
• Continuously partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Work with senior managers and administrators to make sure job descriptions are up to date.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Serve on agency committees as assigned.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE

B.A. in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Must have two-three years' of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Must have experience with healthcare recruiting.

Must have experience with applicant tracking systems, Paylocity or UKG experience highly desired.

Must have strong computer skills, such as M.S. Word, MS Excel, and general database systems.

Must have the demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in a high-paced environment, positive "can do" attitude, the ability to think creatively, and strong organizational skills required.
