Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group in Caguas, PR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and strengthen internal resource planning across client engagements and internal projects.

You will own the recruiting process from sourcing through offer, mentor a Junior Specialist, and collaborate with Business Development and delivery account leads to ensure the right people are matched to the right work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and/or resource planning experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.

ECHO Consulting Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Caguas Municipio, PR to lead full-cycle recruiting and strengthen internal resource planning across client engagements and internal projects. In this role, you will own the recruiting process from sourcing through offer preparation while partnering with key stakeholders to anticipate staffing needs.

This position also includes mentoring a Junior Specialist and collaborating closely with Business Development and delivery account leads to improve planning visibility and ensure the right people are matched to the right work.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
• Lead internal resource planning by maintaining clear visibility into resource availability
• Match candidates to client and internal needs
• Partner with Business Development and delivery account leads to anticipate staffing requirements before they become urgent
• Mentor and guide a Junior Specialist as part of the recruiting and planning team

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, plus 2+ years of relevant recruiting and/or resource planning experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ownership of pipeline health beyond simply filling open roles
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish
• A proactive work style: autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
