Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and shape how we plan and allocate talent across client engagements and internal projects.

You will manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and drive internal resource planning, mentor a Junior Specialist, and collaborate with Business Development and delivery leaders to anticipate staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years recruiting/resource planning experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ownership of pipeline health.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation.
• Drive internal resource planning: visibility on resource availability, match people to client/internal needs, plan ahead with BD and delivery leads.
• Mentor and guide the Junior Specialist as part of the team.

ECHO is looking for a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in how we plan and allocate talent across client engagements and internal projects. If you're an experienced recruiter who thrives on autonomy and wants real ownership of your pipeline, this is for you.

What you'll do:
You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation — while also driving internal resource planning: keeping visibility on resource availability, matching people to client and internal needs, and partnering directly with Business Development and delivery account leads to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent. You'll also mentor and guide our Junior Specialist as part of the team.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant recruiting/resource planning experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable owning pipeline health, not just filling reqs
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice to have:

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and ADP
• Experience in resource/workforce planning within a professional services or consulting environment
