Job summary

Echo Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a Junior Specialist to join our Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting internal staffing needs.

You'll work closely with experienced recruiters, learn on the job, and contribute to real client staffing while building a foundation for a career in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Must be a final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service roles is typical.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle—sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
• Support our internal resource planning process and staffing needs from day one.
• Work closely with Specialists to learn from experienced recruiters and contribute to client staffing.

Are you a recent grad (or about to graduate) looking to break into Talent Acquisition and Resource Planning within professional services? ECHO is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Specialist to join our Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll do

You’ll get hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle — sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting our internal resource planning process. You’ll work closely with our Specialist and Sr. Specialist, learning directly from experienced recruiters while contributing to real client and internal staffing needs from day one.

What we're looking for

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems
