Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and drive talent allocation across client engagements and internal projects. This role demands autonomy and real ownership of the pipeline.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and also lead internal resource planning while partnering with BD and delivery leads to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; 2+ years recruiting/resource planning experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable owning pipeline health, not just filling reqs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation.
• Drive internal resource planning: monitor resource availability and allocate talent to client and internal needs.
• Partner with Business Development and delivery account leads to anticipate staffing needs.
• Mentor and guide Junior Specialist as part of the team.
