Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in planning and allocating talent across client engagements and internal projects. This role requires strong ownership and collaboration across teams to ensure staffing resilience.

You will manage the recruiting lifecycle end-to-end and mentor junior staff, while partnering with Business Development and delivery leads to anticipate staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business/admin, or related field with 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership of pipeline health.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Lead internal resource planning by tracking availability and aligning with client/internal needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development and delivery leads to anticipate staffing needs.
• Mentor Junior Specialist on the team.
