ECHO is looking for a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in how we plan and allocate talent across client engagements and internal projects. If you're an experienced recruiter who thrives on autonomy and wants real ownership of your pipeline, this is for you.
You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation - while also driving internal resource planning: keeping visibility on resource availability, matching people to client and internal needs, and partnering directly with Business Development and delivery account leads to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent. You'll also mentor and guide our Junior Specialist as part of the team.
This role has real visibility with Operations and Business Development leadership, and a direct hand in shaping how ECHO staffs its projects. If you want more ownership over your recruiting process - not just execution - we'd love to talk.
