Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group in Caguas, PR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and strengthen internal resource planning across client engagements and internal projects.

You will own the recruiting process from sourcing through offer, mentor a Junior Specialist, and collaborate with Business Development and delivery account leads to ensure the right people are matched to the right work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and/or resource planning experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Lead internal resource planning and maintain visibility into resource availability.
• Match candidates to client and internal needs.
• Partner with Business Development and delivery leads to anticipate staffing requirements.
• Mentor a Junior Specialist as part of the recruiting and planning team.
