• Act as liaison between client business groups and recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules.
• Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (feedback forms, resumes, detailed directions, interview logistics, required documents).
• Assist recruiters with various support and ad hoc requests involving resumes, candidates or workflow related matters.
• Provide high-quality candidate and hiring managers client service experience to ensure a successful interview and visit experience
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
