Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition in a client-facing or operations role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timely follow-through.
• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
• Demonstrates curiosity, professionalism, and willingness to grow in HR.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across the organization.
• Initiative and attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Flexible and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates to build diverse pipelines.
• Support end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to offer execution.
• Manage requisitions and workflows in Workday with accuracy.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate with rewards, finance, and compliance.
• Lead new hire orientation and create a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Provide recruiting analytics and time-to-fill metrics.
