Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for US Client Services and Corporate teams. You will drive recruitment across finance, accounting, and corporate roles, building pipelines through sourcing channels and advising hiring managers.

The role requires experience in full life-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, and data integrity in ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Must have full life-cycle recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
• Experience within Financial Services or similar industries is desired.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for positions across the enterprise.
• Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through sourcing channels.
• Advise Hiring Managers with a consultative approach to candidate assessment and offers.
• Provide a first-rate candidate experience.
• Ensure data compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to hiring managers.
