Job summary

First Command Financial Services is seeking an Employment Specialist to own the full lifecycle recruiting for the company and related entities. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates, partnering with SLT/ELT and Hiring Managers to align talent with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent years of experience may be considered).
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a high requisition workload.
• Proficiency with talent acquisition systems.
• Experience using social media tools, with specific proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Ability to quickly and effectively develop Boolean searches to optimize key candidate searches.
• Proven leadership skills and demonstrated results in passive recruitment and sourcing.
• Certifications (preferred): PHR or SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiting Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with SLT/ELT and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and formulate search strategies.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, social media, ATS systems, networking events, job fairs, and referrals.
• Engage with college/university recruiting to source current and future talent and coordinate on-site/job fairs.
• Design sourcing strategies to support employment brand and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage agency/contractor relationships and onboarding.
