Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in New York, NY, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-life cycle recruiting for US Client Services and Corporate teams.

You will build candidate pipelines, advise Hiring Managers, and ensure data integrity across ATS. This role requires 1+ years of experience and strong sourcing skills, with a hybrid in-office schedule in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience identifying, qualifying and hiring exceptional talent.
• Must have full-life cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
• Must have strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
• Experience within Financial Services or banking is desired.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.

Gen II Fund Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, where you will manage full-life cycle recruiting for our US Client Services and Corporate teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment for positions across the enterprise, including accounting/ finance and corporate related roles.
• Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
• Work to become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
• Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.
• Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.
• Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.
• Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal background for this role

• 1+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional talent.
• Must have Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
• Must have strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Ability to efficiently adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using ATS systems, UKG experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement
