You will source, attract, interview, and onboard talent while partnering with SLT/ELT and Hiring Managers to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. You will proactively build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and campus outreach, design sourcing strategies, manage agencies, conduct background checks, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent years of experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting with a high workload.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and referrals.
• Coordinate college/university recruiting and on-site events.
• Design sourcing strategies to support employer branding and diversity.
• Lead contractor relationships and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruiting data and reporting metrics.
• Train managers as a talent acquisition SME.
• Ensure candidate experience and confidentiality.
