Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HR and recruiting or similar role in engineering or manufacturing organization.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a quality full cycle recruitment service.
• Work closely with TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through conversations.
