Job summary

Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (AOI) in Sugar Land, Texas, is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team. This on-site, full-time role partners with managers across Accounting & Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Product Management, and more to fill high-volume roles and build robust candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing multiple requisitions, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates through offers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related discipline.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting multiple corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business support positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications and role requirements; manage interview process.
• Extend approved offers and support compensation discussions with candidates and managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across corporate functions for current and future needs.
