The role requires building candidate pipelines, managing interview processes, and closing offers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and close candidates and manage offers.
